Total project management
Implementing detailed well design by our own group of skilled drilling engineers and experienced drilling or workover supervisors. Procurement support. Overseeing and managing all drilling and well intervention operations on behalf of an operator while maintaining transparent project control. Environmental impact studies and permitting.

Well engineering and well engineering support
Maturing a project from conceptual design to finishing its realization while mitigating project risks and covering all aspects of front-end engineering in a fully integrated approach.

Geothermal projects
WEP and IF Technology work in a joint venture for the design of geothermal projects under the name IF WEP BV. This organization provides a total package from quick scans, feasibility studies, exploration permits preparations to complete project management for your geothermal project.

Mining engineering support
Providing engineering support for cavern leaching design and operations, subsidence prediction, permitting, environmental impact studies, including expertise of high convergence and mixed salt operations.

Longer term relationships
In this concept a junior in-house resident engineer will supply the necessary engineering support required for the day to day business. He or she will be the interface between you as a client and the specialists for a specific job. The resident engineer will be supported by back-office to guarantee the service quality provided.

Performance management
Performance management includes activities to ensure that goals are consistently being met in an effective and efficient manner. Performance management can focus on performance of processes and services of equipment and personnel. Performance management will be done by target setting and coaching while providing constant feedback until the goals are met.

New technology development
Development of new tools or technology driven by specific problems and opportunities. Examples are:

• Big Loop Completions.
• Enhanced casing running and setting.
• Completion drilling for salt caverns.
• Floating mud cap technology.
• Enhanced severing tool development (moab).
• Special Launching subs for the use in caverns.
• Flexible water injection completion.
